Cupric phosphite, CuHPO3,2H2O

A Cupric phosphite, CuHPO3,2H2O, is obtained by the interaction of solutions of diammonium hydrogen phosphite and cupric chloride, or of phosphorous acid and cupric acetate. It is unstable, but admits of drying at a medium temperature.
